Tenue 350 N ou 800N (FIE), avec sous cuirasse 800 N.
Masque 350N ou 800N - bavette électrique pour les cadets uniquement
Lames 5 et moins. Toutes les poignées sont autorisées .Tous les types de lames sont autorisés : maraging, et non maraging

Samedi – tournois préliminaire
Poules : 2 tours de poules.
Tableau d'élimination directe de 256 ; 105 qualifiés pour le dimanche
Détail : les 97 premiers du classement sont qualifiés pour le dimanche
Tableau pour les 31 autres , qualification de 8 tireurs pour le dimanche
Dimanche - tournois avec repêchages
105 tireurs , poule de 5 ; Tableau de 128 ;
Tableau de 64 avec repêchage à partir du tableau de 64 jusqu’aux quarts de finale
Finale à 8 : quart, demie et finale sans repêchage.

ARTICLE 5 : contrôle du vendredi
· Le pointage des tireurs et inscriptions sera procédé vendredi 3 février 2012 de 14h à 20h
· Un contrôle matériel sera opéré uniquement le vendredi 3 février de 14h à 20h à la Halle Carpentier. Masque, gants, fleuret et cuirasse électrique seront contrôlés.
· Pointage des arbitres 14h00-19h – réunion des arbitre à 19h30
· Salle d’entrainement ouverte de 14h-20h
ARTICLE 6 : Récompenses
Seront récompensés par trophées, coupes ou médailles :
Les 8 premiers. Et les 2 meilleurs Benjamins surclassés (années 1999, 2000).
Des lots en valeurs récompenseront les premiers : Ordinateurs portables, Xbox, PS3 , Camescopes, Système Home Vidéo, Lecteurs DVD, matériel informatique, matériel d’escrime.
ARTICLE: 7 Licences
Ne seront acceptés que les tireurs en possession d’une licence 2012.
Toutes les licences nationales (françaises et étrangères) ou FIE sont acceptées
ARTICLE 8: Directoire technique
Toute contestation sera tranchée par un directoire technique constitué le jour de l'épreuve.
Les organisateurs déclinent toute responsabilité en cas d'accidents, vol ou perte pouvant survenir aux participants ou aux spectateurs.
Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de modifier la formule en fonction du nombre de participants. Le fait de s'engager, implique l'acceptation du présent règlement et des dispositions qui en découlent.
ARTICLE 9 : Arbitrage
· Les clubs français devront fournir un arbitre conformément au règlement FFE.
· Pour les délégations nationales ou de ligue, et club étranger, comprenant plus de 3 tireurs, 1 arbitre sera demandé, comprenant 10 tireurs et plus, 2 arbitres seront demandés , pour 20 tireurs et plus, 3 arbitres seront demandés
· Il sera possible aux clubs, délégations le souhaitant, de payer une participation de 139 € avant le 1er février afin de ne pas être tenues de présenter un arbitre. Cette somme permettra de rechercher des arbitres supplémentaires. La non présentation d’un arbitre entraînera une amende de 200€ par arbitre manquant.
· Les clubs n’ayant pas inscrit d’arbitre avant le 1er février devront fournir un chèque caution 200 euros pour l’arbitrage lors des engagements le vendredi
·Pointage arbitre avant 19h. Réunion des arbitres Vendredi 3 février 2012 à 19h30. L’absence de l’arbitre vendredi 19h et ou samedi 4 février 7h00 , entraine disqualification des tireurs du club ou d’une amande de 200 euros au club pour ne pas avoir présenté d’arbitre. En cas de retard de l’arbitre, une pénalité financière lui sera appliquée
· L’engagement des arbitres est pour le temps de la compétition, les clubs s’engagent donc à fournir des arbitres pour les 2 jours d’épreuve.
ARTICLE 10 : Inscription
Aucune inscription ne sera prise sur place
Les inscriptions devront comporter les noms, prénoms, dates de naissance et téléphone.

Afin de garantir le bon déroulement de l’épreuve, les organisateurs s’autorisent à anticiper la date de clôture des inscriptions, au cas où le nombre d’inscrits excèderait les capacités d’accueil de la compétition. Les inscriptions seront prises par ordre d’arrivée.
ARTICLE 11 : Droits d’engagement
Les droits d’engagements pourront être acquittés avant ou le jour de l’épreuve .En cas de non participation ne seront remboursés que les engagés ayant prévenu l’organisateur au moins 120h avant le début de l’épreuve (soit avant le lundi 30 janvier 2012 - 7h30). Apres ce délai aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.

ARTICLE 2 : Fencing equipment
Fencing suit 350N or 800N (FIE), with under plastron 800N.Mask 350N or 800N. electric mask for cadet only
Foil blade size 5 or smaller. All handles are authorized. All types of blades are authorized: Maraging blades are not required
ARTICLE 3 : Formule
On saturday February 4: preliminary tournament
- 2 rounds of pools,
- A round of 256, of which 105 fencers qualified for Sunday.
Nota Bene :
*After the 256’ round, the first 97 fencers will be qualified for Sunday,
*The remaining 31’ will run two matches in order to qualify 8 fencers for the Sunday.
On saturday February 5: tournament with second chance pools: 105 fencers per category
- 1 round of pools qualifies 80 fencers,
- Round of 128 (not complete),
- Round of 64 with second chance pools,
- Round of 32 with second chance pools,
- Then, ¼, ½ and Final.

· The equipment control will take place in the Carpentier hall only Friday 3, from 2:00 pm till 8:00 pm. Foils, glove, fencing masks and electric jackets will be checked..
ARTICLE 6 : Awards
Will be rewarded with trophies, cups and medals the first 8, And the best upgraded 2 (years 1997, 1998).
Lots of reward values in the first: Computers, XBOX, PS3, WII, Video Home System, photo, DVD, hardware, fencing equipment
ARTICLE: 7 Licences
Only fencers with a valid licence for 2012 are accepted.
All national licences are accepted (French and foreign) as well as FIE licences
ARTICLE 8: Directoire technique
All disputes will be decided by a Directoire Technique, which will be constituted the day of the competition.
The organisers accept no responsibility for any accidents, thefts or lose which the competitors or spectators may suffer.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the formula according to the number of competitors. By entering the competition, competitors are deemed to have accepted these rules and all measures which may arise from them.
ARTICLE 9 : Referees
· Each club which registers more than 3 competitors must provide 1 referee .
· Each club or each delegation which registers 10 and more than competitors must provide 2 referees .
· For 20 competitors and more, 3 referees will be asked.
· Instead of providing a referee, a club may chose to pay a contribution of 139 €. (before feburary 1, 2012).
This money which will be used to provide additional referees – The unsubmission of referee will result in a fine of 200€ per Referee
· Referees Checking before 7:00 pm Friday 3, 2012. Referees meeting 7:30 pm Friday feburary 3, 2012.
· Absence of referee Friday 7:30 p.m., and or, Saturday 7:00 a.m. , leads to disqualification of the club's fencers, or a fine of 200 euros to the club for not having presented referee. In case of late during competition, saturday or sunday,
a financial penalty will be applied
· The commitment by clubs of referees are for the two days of competition.
· All referees will be present Saturday, February 4, 2012 before 7:05 am
· for clubs who have not registered referee before the 1 February 2012, they must provide a security deposit of
200 euros for the referee to the registration day on Friday. the deposit will be given on Sunday if the club has provided a referee.
ARTICLE 10 : Inscription
No registrations will be accepted on the day of the competition

In order to ensure smooth running of the competition, the organisers may close registrations prior to the scheduled closure date (e.g. if the number of competitors reaches a critical level). Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
ARTICLE 11 : Droits d’engagement
There is a possibility to pay the registration fee before competition date. If a fencer cannot participate,
the fee will only refunded, if the fencer has informed the organiser at least 120 hours before the start of the competition
(that is to say before Monday January 30, 2012, 7:30 am.). After this deadlines no refunding will be carried out.
The entry fees shall be:
January 29, 2012 to February 4, 2012 32 €
Before January 29, 2012 26 €
